Norway claims COVID-19 vaccine may pose risk for elderly, terminally ill

Norway has said COVID-19 vaccines may pose a risk for the very old and terminally ill, after it reported 29 deaths linked to the jabs by Pfizer-BioNtech. Thailand said it will not rush a vaccine rollout until the vaccines are proven to be completely safe. Meanwhile, the Philippines said its emergency authorisation for the Pfizer shot remains. Sanjaya Senanayake, Associate Professor at Australian National University’s Medical School, shared his thoughts on the issue.
